Moore Fans has been an industry leader in the development of high efficiency axial flow fans since 1940. The Class 10000 fan has proven itself under the harshest conditions throughout the world. Class 10000 fans are designed for use in air-cooled heat exchangers, cooling towers, radiators and other industrial air moving applications.
The Class 10000 MAG (Mininum Acoustic Geometry) is our ultra-low noise addition to the Class 10000 line of fans. It features 5052 high grade marine alloy aluminum, flush rivets, spot welds and high density foam filled blades. Air performance and Sound Power Levels (PWL) are comparable to the lowest noise axial fans currently on the market. Available diameters are from 5 ft. (1.52 m) to 16 ft. (4.88 m) in either clockwise (CW) or counter-clockwise (CCW) rotation.
The Class 10000 HD (Heavy Duty) fan is designed for use in air-cooled heat exchangers, cooling towers, radiators and other industrial air moving applications. Standard Chord (SC) and Extended Chord (EC) blades provide numerous options to match your requirements. Available diameters for clockwise (CW) electric motor applications are from 3 ft. (0.9 m) to 34 ft. (10.36 m)(18 ft. on EC). Available diameters for counter-clockwise engine driven applications are from 3 ft. (0.9 m) to 14 ft. (4.27 m). Intermediate diameters may be specified to the nearest 0.01 ft.
The Class 10000 SD (Standard Duty) fan is a high efficiency axial flow fan designed for electric motor drive applications of diameters from four ft. (1.22 m) to six ft (1.84 m).
The Class 10000 Automatic featuring variable pitch standard chord (SC) blades with diameters from 4 ft. (1.22 m) to 16 ft. (4.87 m).
The Class 1000 is available in fan diameters of 24, 30, 32, 36, 42, 48, 54, and 60 inches. These fans are designed for both electric and engine drive applications as well as left and right hand operation.
The AirBrake® is our anti-windmilling device that features over 280 lb.ft (370 Nm) of holding torque and a temperature range of -40° F to 212° F (-40° C to 100° C).
